Business day: 8am-6pm Eastern Time/Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).
For US and International orders:

For Vietnam orders:
– Shipping from: Thuan An Street, Phu Duong Commune, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue 530000, Vietnam

Handling times:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days to check order information, pack and send the package to the carrier. We will update this section by email if your processing time exceeds 3 business days.

Transit times:
• United States: 2-3 business days.
• Vietnam: 3-5 business days.
• International: 7-9 business days.

The above timeframe is based on the shipping address. Estimated transit time of successfully delivered orders on normal occasions.

Shipping Fee:
Shipping fee below include all fees and surcharges associated with shipping. You can order as many items as you want and only pay a flat rate for shipping.

Local with Shipping fee/Order:
– United States: $7.99.
– Vietnam: $4.15.
– International: $14.99.

About late delivery:

Orders are almost always shipped on time. Unexpectedly, your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
• Mistaken address.
• Missing number of apartments, buildings, floors or units.
• Extreme weather conditions.
• International customs clearance.
